Imagine Disney movies being combined with Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 and you have a good idea about the outcome of the cooperation between Activision and Disney. Together they will develope a skateboarding game, which builds upon the game engine from the Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4. It's called Disney’s Extreme Skate Adventure and targets children and teens age 6-14.

The game features characters from three Disney movies: Toy Story 2, Tarzan and The Lion King. Of course the movies' characters can skate through each of their worlds, such as Simba and Rafeeki in Pride Rock, Young Tarzan and Terk in Tarzan’s Treehouse and Buzz Lightyear and Woody in Pizza Planet. You can also create your own skater by selecting clothing and accessories.

Interestingly Activision will for the first time hold a casting call search for 10 real kids, who will become digitised characters in the game.

Disney’s Extreme Skate Adventure will be released for the PS2 and the GameCube and will be available late summer.
